Dowagiac Residents Fed Up with Noise from Bitcoin Mining Data Center

The residents of Dowagiac, Michigan have been complaining about excessive noise levels emanating from a Hyperscale Data Inc. data center in their town.

The facility's cooling fans are generating noise levels ranging from 50 to 62 decibels, which is comparable to the sound of a jet engine or a constantly running indoor vacuum.

The residents have expressed their frustration at city council meetings, with some even displaying signs that read 'No Data Centers' in front of their homes.
