Ethereum Dominates Euro Stablecoin Market with $32M Increase
Ethereum has significantly expanded its lead in the euro stablecoin market, adding $32 million to its market cap over the past 30 days. This growth accounts for the lion's share of a $39.9 million increase across three networks.
According to recent data, Ethereum now holds approximately 69.5% of the entire euro stablecoin market, with supply ranging from $579 million to $589 million.
The rise of euro stablecoins has been largely driven by institutional demand and regulatory clarity provided by the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework. MiCA compliance has become a key factor for legitimate issuers, with over 80% of total euro stablecoin supply being compliant by mid-2026.
While Ethereum remains the dominant player, Arc and Base are emerging as challengers. Arc, which launched its public mainnet on September 16, 2026, has deployed approximately $7 million in EURC so far.
