Ethereum Price Eyes $3,200 Breakthrough
Ethereum's price has reached $2,481.50, and analysts believe it could reach as high as $3,200 if it breaks through immediate resistance around $2,400 and the psychological level of $2,500.
The successful deployment of the Fusaka upgrade in December 2025 aimed to lower node-operating costs and speed up settlement for layer-2 networks. This scaling capacity has been shown to be effective, with combined mainnet and layer-2 activity reaching a seven-day average of 24,192 transactions per second.
The long-term outlook is positive, with institutional demand via spot ETFs providing a price floor. The $2,850 level remains a major hurdle, but analysts are optimistic about Ethereum's potential to reach as high as $3,760 per ETH in the 2028 cycle high.
