Fake GIWA Bridge Scam Drains $2 Million From DYORSWAP Users

A phishing scam targeting users of decentralized exchange DYORSWAP drained approximately $2 million in Ether (ETH) from 1,335 different wallets.

The scammers created a fake bridge that simulated being the mainnet of the GIWA blockchain network, deceiving DYORSWAP into mistaking it for the project's actual launch.

GWIa clarified that its mainnet had not been launched and warned users about the fake connection data circulating online.

DYORSWAP stated that its contracts were not compromised and that they are tracking the bridge deployer and recipient addresses of the funds.
