Grayscale Undercuts Rivals with Low-Cost Hyperliquid ETF
Grayscale has set a sponsor fee of 0.29% for its planned Hyperliquid Staking ETF, undercutting rival funds in the market.
The firm filed an amendment to its S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 1, adding the new fee and a ticker symbol, HYPG.
This move follows Grayscale's filing of a prospectus for the fund earlier this year, which aims to track the performance of the Hyperliquid Staking Index.
The Hyperliquid ETF is expected to be the third of its kind in the market, with Bitwise's BHYP charging 0.34% and 21Shares' THYP carrying a 0.30% fee.
