K33, a digital finance platform, reported weak trading in Q2 2026 due to a sharp slowdown in cryptocurrency activity. The company's stock was little changed after its quarterly update, trading at $0.028 with a 1.45% increase from the previous close.

The platform saw a 30% sequential decline in trading volumes during Q2 as Bitcoin prices and market volatility declined to $58,000. However, K33 secured an unconditional MiCA license from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority, which it plans to passport to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Germany.

K33's management emphasized that the business remains on a positive structural path despite the weak quarter. They pointed out that the company's 12-month rolling volume remained above 2 billion Swedish kronor and highlighted further product development, including additional services beyond its newly launched lending offering.
