Kraken Lets Customers Buy into Ōura's Nasdaq Listing Through Tokenized Equity Trading
Finland-based wearable tech company Ōura is preparing to list on Nasdaq under the ticker OURA, and crypto exchange Kraken is offering its customers a chance to participate in the IPO through its xStocks platform.
Eligible customers in the EEA and many other global markets can submit a non-binding indication of interest via xStocks, with an indicated price range spanning $40.00 to $44.00 per share and a 5% fee applied on top.
The allocation process is not first-come, first-served and is determined by the IPO underwriters based on demand, with outcomes ranging from full, partial, or zero allocation.
Allocated customers will receive OURAx tokens, a 1:1 tokenized representation of Ōura equity, which can be traded on Kraken and other participating platforms from listing day itself.
