Nostra Halted Amidst Starknet's Oracle Exploits
Starknet's Nostra lending protocol has halted its money market operations after an attacker manipulated a price oracle, allowing one account to borrow $3.5 million against NSTR collateral.
The affected account pledged NSTR and borrowed ETH, STRK, USDC, USDT, WBTC, and DAIv1, exceeding the collateral tokens' entire market value by roughly six times.
Security firm PeckShield reported that the account transferred $1.92 million to Ethereum, including 234.57 ETH and 1.3 million DAI.
Nostra's total value locked in the protocol has fallen from about $4 million on September 16 to roughly $710,632 at press time.
