NYSE Weighs Partnering with Avalanche for Tokenized Trading Platform
The NYSE is evaluating Avalanche (AVAX) as a potential platform for its tokenized trading system. This development has put AVAX under increased scrutiny, with some investors optimistic about the potential implications.
According to PANews, ICE Vice President for Strategic Initiatives Michael Blaugrund stated that Avalanche meets many of the requirements the company is looking for. However, no agreement between NYSE and Avalanche has been announced.
The current price of AVAX is $8.01, with a 6.14% increase in value over the past day. The main resistance area sits between the 200-day SMA near $7.98 and horizontal resistance around $8.18. If buyers can clear this zone, momentum could accelerate toward $9.71.
However, if AVAX drops below $7.10, it would invalidate the bullish setup and increase the risk of a correction toward $6.70. The NYSE's potential selection of Avalanche as one of its core networks is significant but remains speculative at this point.
