Shiba Inu's Rare Price Recovery May Be More Than Just a Blip
Shiba Inu (SHIB) is experiencing a rare combination of improving price action and restrained exchange activity, which may give bulls room to extend the current recovery. In the past 24 hours, only 20 billion SHIB was burned, representing a net exchange balance. This is a relatively small movement, especially considering the total exchange inflows of 623.3 billion SHIB and outflows of 449.8 billion. Exchange reserves remain at 87.83 trillion SHIB, with a mere 0.2% change over the past 24 hours. This means that the market is active, but there is no significant accumulation of SHIB on trading platforms. The token has been trading near $0.00000592, and its price has improved substantially since its summer lows. SHIB bottomed at $0.0000041 in July before establishing higher lows and pushing through $0.0000055. The latest rally briefly carried SHIB above $0.0000062 before volatility returned. The main risk remains renewed exchange deposits, as the current data cannot be interpreted as outright accumulation. However, as long as exchange balances do not begin expanding sharply, price structure may remain the more important signal.
