Shibarium Reorg Fixed, Next Steps Ahead for Layer 2 Blockchain

The Shiba Inu community has received an update on the Shibarium layer 2 blockchain's infrastructure upgrade. Mazrael, a longtime member of the community, posted a message from developer Kaal Dhairya on X indicating that the Shibarium reorg and migration have been resolved.

Kaal stated in the message that the reorg is solved, with the remaining step being for DRPC to complete the same transition in the new environment. This update comes after the shutdown of old public RPC endpoints connecting to Shibarium in late 2025 as part of a migration to a more stable and decentralized infrastructure.

Shibarium node operators received a peer rotation notice from Mazrael, with new Bor static-nodes and Heimdall persistent_peers published. The old set is now obsolete, and the peer update was described as a full rotation rather than an addition.
