Solana ETFs' Winning Streak Under Threat as Inflows Plummet
Solana ETFs barely maintained their streak of weekly inflows, attracting only $2.4 million in the week ending October 2, 2026. This represents a significant drop from the previous week's $188 million surge, a decline of nearly 99%. The modest inflow came after a strong start to the week, with $18 million in buying reversed sharply mid-week, followed by $17 million in outflows.
The Solana ETFs have pulled in $842 million in 2026, including $272 million in September alone, indicating durable demand despite the recent quiet week. However, the drastic drop in inflows raises concerns that the trend may be coming to a close. The streak appears to be at risk of breaking, with buyers pulling back after two strong sessions, leaving a slim $1.3 million margin on the final day to keep the week positive.
While the halted winning streak doesn't directly affect the funds' total holdings, it signals a shift in how new money views this investment. Upcoming flows from October 5 to October 9 will be crucial in determining whether the streak can continue. If outflows occur in three or more of those five sessions, the week could end negatively.
