Solana's Price Surge Ignites Debate Over Next Big Crypto Move
Solana's price surged by nearly 20% in September, reaching $120. Analysts are watching for a potential move to $150 and beyond, but mixed technical signals suggest the road may not be straightforward.
According to analyst Ali Martinez, institutional demand has remained strong, with spot U.S. Solana ETFs recording continued inflows. Since July 13, these products have accumulated approximately 4.37 million SOL, worth around $450 million, marking 11 consecutive weeks of net inflows.
However, SOL's RSI has moved above 70, indicating overbought conditions, and exchange inflows have picked up, suggesting selling pressure could increase in the near term. A $20.2 million long bet on SOL by an unidentified whale has also sparked attention, with some speculating about the trader's strategy.
The renewed interest in Solana can bring attention to early-stage crypto projects like Apeing, which is currently in Stage 6 of its presale at $0.0006. The project offers a different proposition from established assets such as Solana, with its staged pricing giving it a clear progression and scarcity mechanism.
