Solv Protocol's BTC+ Product Locks User Assets Amid Risk Review

Solv Protocol, an investment platform focused on cryptocurrency products, is facing a dispute over its handling of a user's assets. The issue centers around approximately 50 BTC that were converted into the Solv Protocol's BTC+ product but have been unable to be redeemed since a security incident occurred on July 13.

A user identified as @neillee99 claims that roughly 60 emails were exchanged with the project without resolving the case. The user provided proof of funds, transaction history, and wallet control to support their claim, but Solv Protocol has yet to release the assets.

The protocol maintains that it is reviewing a single transaction as part of its risk-management procedures and may involve legal advisers or judicial processes if further verification is needed. However, this review has delayed redemption of the affected assets, leaving the user unable to access their funds.
