StablecoinX Reveals $218M ENA Reserve Holdings Amid Growing Institutional Involvement
StablecoinX, an infrastructure company focused on the Ethena ecosystem, has disclosed its second-quarter report revealing that it holds approximately $218 million worth of ENA tokens. The reserves comprise about 285 million ENA provided by the Ethena Foundation and 2.75 billion ENA from private investment in public equity (PIPE) investors.
The disclosure comes after StablecoinX completed its merger with TLGY, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), and listed on the Nasdaq exchange in June. This move provided the company with access to public capital markets and increased transparency through regular financial reporting.
The ENA tokens are part of a broader strategy to support the Ethena protocol, which aims to create a synthetic dollar stablecoin backed by crypto assets. The reserve holdings are intended to provide liquidity and stability to the ecosystem, aligning with the company’s mission to bridge traditional finance and decentralized finance.
