Trump Hosts Meme Coin Dinner After Senate Fails Crypto Regulation Push
President Donald Trump is hosting another dinner for his largest backers of the TRUMP meme coin on November 22 at his Virginia golf club, Trump National. This comes just weeks after the Clarity Act's September 15 Senate failure, where restrictions on Trump's crypto holdings were a central sticking point.
The top 185 registered holders of the TRUMP meme coin will attend the gala dinner with Trump and three unnamed 'superstars', according to the event page run by Fight Fight Fight LLC. The holders are ranked by a time-weighted score that rewards holding more tokens for longer, with a final snapshot on November 12.
The top 29 get a VIP reception with Trump and one of the guest 'legends', and the top four will receive an 18-karat gold Trump watch. However, no attendees will be granted a private meeting with the President.
Trump earned over $635 million from the TRUMP meme coin in 2025, mostly from licensing royalties, according to his financial disclosure. This is just one part of his total crypto income, which topped $1.2 billion.
