Trump MemeCoin Awardees Receive $1M in TRUMP Tokens
On August 26, 2026, the America First Business Challenge initiative awarded $1 million in TRUMP tokens to 10 U.S. companies. The challenge was announced in April 2026 at Mar-a-Lago conferences and attracted a total of 616 firms, with 36 securing preliminary approval.
The recipient companies did not have to give up equity in exchange for the grant, which ranged from $50,000 to $250,000. To participate, applicant companies were required to connect digital wallets holding the TRUMP token, causing large-volume wallet holdings to reach five-month highs ahead of the event's official launch.
The issued units have no transactional integration with vendors or traditional commercial payrolls, and recipient companies must turn to secondary exchange platforms to convert the awarded tokens into fiat currency. This process may interact with a concentrated supply structure, as only 250.9 million out of the 1-billion-unit cap are circulating on the open market.
Two entities linked to the issuing organization, CIC Digital LLC and Fight Fight Fight LLC, manage 80% of the locked supply, collecting direct fees from transactions processed across the network.
