US Regulators Ease Crypto Rules Amid Stalled Clarity Act

Share

US regulators have eased rules on cryptocurrency transactions, paving the way for increased adoption in the industry.

The move comes despite the stalled CLARITY Act, which aimed to provide regulatory clarity for digital assets. Instead, the US government has opted for a more relaxed approach, allowing companies like PT Bumi Santosa Cemerlang to operate with greater flexibility.

Crypto Assets and Digital Financial Asset Derivatives (Crypto Futures) are now facilitated by PT Bumi Santosa Cemerlang, which is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK).
