Van de Poppe Sees Bull Market Opportunity as Bitcoin Tests Resistance
Bitcoin has ended the week on a strong note, according to analyst Michaël van de Poppe. The cryptocurrency closed above its short-term volatility limits, testing upper resistance at $85,205.81 and lower support at $82,804.19.
The Bollinger Bands, which measure price volatility, have BTC sitting inside their bounds, a sign of steady trading. The EMA50 at $83,513.14 serves as primary support in the bullish trend structure, while the EMA200 at $79,169.71 anchors the longer-term floor.
With the RSI (Relative Strength Index) at 55.49 and MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence) at -100.0, indicating a measured pullback, van de Poppe urges traders to buy the dip while conditions remain straightforward.
