TSX Takes a Tumble Amidst Slowing Inflation
The TSX took a hit on Wednesday, falling 224.4 points to close at 35,235.87 due to declines in mining and other sectors.
This was despite gains in energy stocks, which drove up prices of oil by $1.16 to $90.54 U.S. a barrel.
The Canadian dollar also lost ground, slipping 0.19 cents to 70.27 cents.
