Amazon Deal Worth $2.4B Bolsters Generac's Data Center Business

Generac Holdings Inc. (GNRC) has entered into a major supply agreement with Amazon (AMZN), significantly strengthening its position in the data center infrastructure market.

The deal includes initial deliveries totaling $2.4 billion across 2027 and 2028, according to Generac's regulatory filing.

As part of the agreement, Amazon received a warrant to acquire up to 1,693,745 shares of Generac's common stock at an exercise price of $200.9266 per share.

The Amazon deal adds considerable scale and visibility to Generac's data center business, which is emerging as a key growth engine for the company.
