Amazon Dumps WA Delivery Partner Overnight, Leaves 120 Employees Jobless

Amazon dropped its delivery partner in Washington state, leaving 120 employees without jobs. The company, 2EZY, was given only one day's notice before Amazon ended their contract.

According to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) filing, the closure of 2EZY is expected to be permanent. The company will cease operations at its facilities in Airway Heights, where all 120 employees will be separated from the company on September 30.

The specific number of affected employees per job title includes 109 drivers, five dispatch workers, four helpers, one administrative assistant, and one manager.
