Amazon Parcels Lost or Delayed in Greece Amid Deteriorating Delivery Services

Customers in Greece have been experiencing issues with Amazon deliveries, including lost or delayed parcels. The problems have become more pronounced over the past year, particularly when parcels are handed over to Hellenic Post (ELTA) for final delivery.

Amazon has traditionally been a popular choice among Greek consumers for ordering books and other products from abroad. However, customers have reported deterioration in delivery services, raising concerns about the reliability of deliveries to Greece.

Some customers whose parcels have gone missing have been instructed by Amazon to file a police report and submit a copy in English or German before proceeding with their claims.
