Amazon Sees Surge in Institutional Investment Amid Second Quarter

Sonoma Private Wealth LLC has acquired 3,372 shares of Amazon.com, Inc.'s stock in the second quarter, according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The acquisition is valued at approximately $804,000.

This is not an isolated instance of institutional investors taking a stake in Amazon's stock. Western Wealth Management LLC acquired 5,150,000 shares during the same period, while Invst LLC purchased a new position worth about $8,216,000.

A number of other firms also made significant investments in Amazon's stock during the second quarter. Councilmark Asset Management LLC acquired a new position valued at around $1,170,000, and First Bancorp Inc ME purchased 2,459,000 shares worth about $6,479,000.
