Amazon has unveiled two new services aimed at helping its merchants in the US reduce fulfillment costs and increase sales. The Multichannel Fulfillment offering, part of Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS), allows merchants to add free Prime delivery to their websites without additional cost.

The service brings together Amazon's freight, distribution, and parcel shipping capabilities for businesses of all types and sizes. This means that customers can see the Prime badge on a merchant's website, giving them confidence in the delivery timeframe.

A 10% increase in sales has been reported by one merchant, Skinnies Instant Lifts, since enabling this feature. The company also noted a significant reduction in 'where is my order' inquiries and faster shipping times.

Another ASCS offering is the MCF preferred pricing program, which allows FBA sellers to save up to 25% on fulfillment fees for orders placed across their own websites, marketplaces, and social media channels.
