American Express is making some changes to its Business Gold card benefits. As of October 1, 2026, cardholders can earn up to $20 per month by purchasing shipments through UPS.com. This change replaces FedEx as a qualifying vendor for the Flexible Business Credit benefit.

The annual Flexible Business Credit remains at $240 and now includes purchases made directly on UPS.com's website. Cardholders must enroll in this benefit and make qualifying purchases with merchants like Grubhub, office supply stores, or UPS.com to receive the monthly credit.

Additionally, American Express is offering a one-time reward for Small Business Card members: $125 back after spending at least $325 on Perplexity Enterprise Pro or Max by March 29, 2027. This offer excludes in-app purchases and subscriptions that auto-renew without management may incur additional charges.
