Apple Funds $250M Siri Delay Settlement for Eligible iPhone Owners
Apple Inc. has agreed to fund a proposed $250 million consumer settlement in connection with delayed Siri Apple Intelligence features on seven eligible iPhone models.
The class covers U.S. purchasers of specified iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 models, purchased between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, for personal use or ownership.
Eligible device payments start at $25 and can reach up to $95 per eligible device, subject to a maximum cap that depends on participation and deductions. The settlement administrator began accepting claims on September 21, 2026.
The settlement's financial scale is relatively small compared to Apple's overall size. Apple shares added 0.2% to $340.49 by 05:08 EDT Wednesday, which left the stock 1.4% below its 52-week high of $345.34.
