Archer Aviation Inc. (ACHR) has cleared a significant antitrust hurdle in its deal to acquire Boeing's (BA) subsidiaries Wisk Aero, SkyGrid, and Insitu.

The waiting period required under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act expired on September 18, allowing the company to move closer to completing the acquisition.

Archer plans to combine these businesses with its existing products and ZEE AI foundation model, creating an end-to-end physical AI platform for aerospace and defense. This platform will cover autonomous aircraft, unmanned systems, airspace technology, and AI.
