Boeing Hit with Retaliation Lawsuit Over Aircraft Safety Complaints

Boeing has been sued by Randall Fauver, a former contract compliance expert at the company, who claims he was retaliated against for reporting safety and health issues related to aircraft.

Fauver joined Boeing in 1989 and became the compliance leader for the defense, space, and security business. He alleges that Boeing violated federal laws by taking away his job duties after he informed federal agencies about the company's shortcomings.

The lawsuit claims Boeing's actions were in violation of the Defense Contractor Whistleblower Act, the False Claims Act, and other federal statutes.
