Boeing Lands $2.38 Billion Contract for 22 More F-15EX Jets
The U.S. Department of War has awarded Boeing a massive $2.38 billion contract to manufacture 22 more F-15EX aircraft for the U.S. Air Force.
The latest award brings the total number of F-15EX aircraft under contract to 120, with Boeing now under contract with the U.S. Air Force for full production of Lots 1 through 7.
F-15EX is the most advanced version of the Eagle family, boasting an all-glass touchscreen cockpit and advanced mission systems with unparalleled range, speed, and payload.
Boeing's F-15 program vice president Christina Upah emphasized the importance of delivering this aircraft to the U.S. Air Force, citing its role in strengthening national security and staying ahead of emerging threats worldwide.
