Boeing Shareholder Envestnet Boosts Stake by 117%
Envestnet Portfolio Solutions Inc., a financial investment company, has significantly increased its stake in Boeing Co. (NYSE:BA) by 116.8% in the second quarter of this year, according to the company's recent 13F filing with the SEC.
The fund now owns 72,412 shares of Boeing's stock, valued at $15,675,000, making it a major shareholder in the aircraft manufacturer.
Other large investors have also made significant changes to their positions in Boeing during the second quarter. Premier Financial Group acquired a new stake worth around $128,000, while Security National Bank of SO Dak bought shares for $30,000. Anchor Investment Management LLC increased its stake by 1.7%, while Bullseye Investment Management LLC and Tortoise Investment Management LLC also made new purchases.
Boeing's stock price opened at $199.58 on Thursday, with a market capitalization of $157.74 billion. The company has a debt-to-equity ratio of 6.77 and a beta of 1.21.
