BofA Raises JNJ Target to $278 Amid Strong Icotyde Projections
Johnson & Johnson's (JNJ) stock has fallen 1.28% to EUR 227.88 on October 2, 2026, at Lang & Schwarz, following a price target revision by Bank of America (BofA). BofA raised its target from USD 263 to USD 278, while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The increase in the price target is based on Icotyde, Johnson & Johnson's oral psoriasis treatment. BofA has increased its peak sales forecast for Icotyde to USD 4.5 billion from USD 2.4 billion and expects it to capture an 18% share of new advanced-treatment starts.
The upgrade is measured rather than aggressive, with BofA projecting third-quarter 2026 sales of USD 25.5 billion but lower earnings per share of USD 2.53 due to research costs tied to recent deals.
