CCEP Buys Back Nearly 400,000 Shares as Part of EUR 1 Billion Programme

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has announced its latest round of share repurchases, as part of its ongoing EUR 1 billion buyback programme. From September 14 to September 18, CCEP purchased a total of 397,500 ordinary shares from Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and their affiliates. The shares were bought on both US and London trading venues at various prices, ranging from USD 104.36 to USD 75.50 per share.

The purchases were made through the Company's share buyback programme announced in February of this year. CCEP expects to repurchase up to EUR 1 billion worth of shares under this programme. The total amount spent on these latest purchases was not disclosed.
