CCEP Continues Share Buyback with 253,196 Purchase

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has made significant moves in its share buyback program, purchasing 253,196 ordinary shares between September 21 and September 25. The company acquired these shares on US trading venues and London trading venues through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC or their affiliates.

According to the statement, CCEP bought 180,000 ordinary shares on US trading venues and 73,196 shares on London trading venues. The repurchased shares will be cancelled as part of the company's share buyback program announced on February 17, 2026.

The purchases are a continuation of CCEP's efforts to repurchase up to €1 billion of ordinary shares in total through this program. The shares were purchased at prices ranging from $99.02 per share on September 23 to a high of $102.79 per share on September 22 on US trading venues.

On the London Stock Exchange and other London venues, prices ranged from £74.40 to £77.15 per share during the period. CCEP is listed on Euronext Amsterdam, NASDAQ, the London Stock Exchange, and Spanish stock exchanges under the symbol CCEP (ISIN: GB00BDCPN049).
