CCEP Repurchases 397,500 Shares Under $1 Billion Buyback Program

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners has made significant purchases under its share buyback program. Between September 14 and September 18, the company acquired 397,500 ordinary shares through Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International, or their affiliates.

The repurchased shares were split between US trading venues and London trading venues. On US trading venues, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners bought 305,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from $105.19 per share to $99.37 per share. The largest single-day purchase occurred on September 18, when the company acquired 150,000 shares at a volume-weighted average price of $99.9818.

In London, prices ranged from £78.05 per share to £74.45 per share on the same dates. Purchases were executed on multiple exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange, CBOE Europe Limited (BXE), and Aquis.
