Cisco College in Abilene, Texas is celebrating its 22 years of service to the community. To mark this milestone, a mural was designed and painted by the college's art chair professor Jody Frizzell, along with artist and muralist Stephanie Prosser.

The project began over a year ago as a paint-by-numbers design that would allow community members to participate in painting the mural. Faculty and staff started working on it last Thursday, with an invitation extended to students and the public to join in.

The completed mural will feature elements of Cisco College programs, athletics, and its connection to Abilene's community, including the First Financial Wealth Management building, Dyess Air Force Base, and Storybook Garden. Dr. Helen Usera, Executive Director of Development and the Cisco College Foundation, emphasized the importance of community involvement in the project.
