Cloud for Good Acquires StackNexus to Bolster Public Sector Capabilities

Cloud for Good, a leading Salesforce consulting partner, has expanded its capabilities in state and local government services through the acquisition of StackNexus. This move enables Cloud for Good to offer comprehensive solutions for citizen engagement, licensing, permitting, and inspections, as well as grants management. The acquired firm specializes in implementing Salesforce solutions for state and local public sector agencies.

The transaction strengthens Cloud for Good's position as a strategic partner with Salesforce, particularly with the company's investment in next-generation technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud. Tommie Fern, EVP & GM of State and Local Government at Salesforce, has joined Cloud for Good's Board of Directors to guide its strategy.

Following the acquisition, Cloud for Good will continue expanding its focus on state and local government, complementing its existing practices in education, nonprofit, and financial services. The combined organization will operate under the Cloud for Good brand with no changes to existing client support models.
