Coca-Cola Announces Leadership Changes in Customer Commercial and McDonald's Teams
The Coca-Cola Company has announced leadership changes in its Customer Commercial and McDonald's teams.
Roberto Mercadé, who currently serves as president of The McDonald's Division, will become Chief Customer & Commercial Officer on November 1st. He succeeds Jorge Garduño, who stepped down from the role after a 34-year career with the company.
Mercadé has been leading the McDonald's Division since 2023 and previously held various roles within the company, including Mexico zone president and general manager of the Venezuela & Caribbean franchise unit. He will report to Global Chief Marketing and Customer Commercial Officer Manolo Arroyo.
Pamela Stewart, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer, Retail for Coca-Cola's North America operating unit, will succeed Mercadé as president of The McDonald's Division. She will begin her new role on November 1st and report to CEO Henrique Braun.
