The TLREF-based bond, with a nominal value of TRY 935 million and quarterly coupon payments, benefits from the issuer's AAA investment-grade rating by Fitch, underscoring its strong credit profile.

The bond's structured coupon schedule provides predictable cash flows for investors while allowing the company to diversify its funding base under a TRY 3 billion debt issuance limit.
