Coca-Cola Pours $10 Billion into US Supply Chain Revamp
The Coca-Cola Company is investing $10 billion in its US supply chain over the next five years, according to President and CFO John Murphy.
This investment aims to reinforce the resilience of its US system, which contributes $85 billion to the country's GDP annually. The company's network supports nearly one million jobs across the US and spends around $37 billion with American suppliers each year.
Coca-Cola's heavily localised supply chain model is driven by a shift towards domestic sourcing, as highlighted in Deloitte's 2026 Manufacturing Industry Outlook. According to the report, reshoring and strengthening domestic supply chains are key trends for US manufacturers this year.
