The Coca-Cola Company has named Rob Gehring as its new North America president. He will take over the role on December 1, 2026, and succeed John Murphy, who has been leading the unit on an interim basis since August 1, 2026.

Gehring is returning to Coca-Cola after serving as CEO of Americas at Monster Energy Company, a position he assumed in February 2026. In that role, he oversaw operations in North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Henrique Braun, CEO of The Coca-Cola Company, praised Gehring's leadership abilities and deep operational experience, saying 'Rob is a transformational leader whose exceptional ability to develop and lead people, combined with his deep operations experience, has made him a trusted partner across our system.'
