Coffee Chain Expands to East Bay Bridge, New International Flavors Arrive
Cotti Coffee, an international coffee chain based in Hong Kong, has announced its expansion into East Bay Bridge Shopping Center with a new location next to Home Depot. The brand has grown to over 18,000 locations across 33 countries and has been building its US presence since opening its first US location in Honolulu in 2024.
Jamaica Again, a restaurant serving traditional Jamaican cuisine, has also opened at the Public Market in Emeryville, filling one of the market's long-vacant food stalls. The menu includes jerk chicken, braised oxtail, and other classic dishes.
Xula Guatemalan Cuisine, an Oakland-based business that specializes in traditional Guatemalan cuisine, has been announced as the latest La Cocina pop-up stall at the Public Market. However, their opening has been delayed due to permitting issues with the city.
