The investment bank has a buy rating on Costco shares and lowered its price target from $1,159 to $1,134, still indicating 26% upside from Thursday's close.
Costco reported better-than-expected earnings of $6.60 per share for the fiscal fourth quarter, exceeding estimates at LSEG consensus of $6.53 per share and revenue of $95.72 billion.
The company is making several moves to boost its shares, including opening 28 net new warehouses in fiscal year 2027, with most stores set to be located in underserved areas.
