Disney Cuts EPCOT Hours for 2026 Holiday Season

Walt Disney World has quietly reduced EPCOT's operating hours for the 2026 Christmas season. Instead of maintaining its baseline 9:30 p.m. closing time, the park will close at 9 p.m. during the Festival of the Holidays period.

This change may affect guests who are trying to enjoy rides, holiday food booths, and seasonal entertainment during one of the busiest periods of the year.

The published schedule also shows that the Candlelight Processional performances have been shifted earlier at 4:45 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. at the America Gardens Theatre.

Disney has confirmed the timing of Extended Evening Hours for eligible guests, with EPCOT Extended Evening Hours scheduled from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. on applicable nights.
