Disney Expands Youth Development Program Through New Collaboration with Boys & Girls Clubs

The Disney Dreamers Academy is expanding its reach through a new collaboration with Boys & Girls Clubs in four regions, bringing the experience to more students in their communities and at Walt Disney World Resort. The program has been a cornerstone of youth development for nearly two decades, inspiring students from across the country to believe in their potential and pursue their dreams.

In its 20th year, Disney Dreamers Academy is evolving to become a year-round, multi-year experience designed to reach students earlier and keep them connected to the program over time. This new chapter will include 200 students selected by participating Boys & Girls Clubs, with programming beginning in January 2027.

The collaboration with Boys & Girls Clubs was chosen for its deep connections with young people and families in these communities, bringing Disney Dreamers Academy into trusted spaces while sustaining its commitment to empowering diverse populations of students. Through a mix of virtual and in-person experiences, Disney Dreamers will engage in activities designed to support their personal and academic growth.
