Disney Opens Reservations for New Lakeshore Lodge Resort in 2027
Disney World is preparing to open reservations for its upcoming Lakeshore Lodge, a new waterfront resort set to debut along Bay Lake. The resort, which will feature a mix of accommodations for couples, families, and larger groups, is scheduled to open on July 1, 2027. Key details about the property, including its rooms, restaurants, and recreation spaces, have been revealed ahead of its launch.
The resort will offer a variety of lodging options, ranging from duo studios to one- and two-bedroom villas, as well as waterfront Lake Houses. The Lake Houses, which will sleep up to five or eight guests, will include private porches, full kitchens, and washers and dryers. Additionally, the resort will feature three-bedroom grand villas and a presidential suite. Select club-level rooms will provide access to The Artist’s Nest, a concierge lounge with views of Magic Kingdom fireworks.
Dining options at Lakeshore Lodge will include Moonglade, a table-service restaurant along the lakefront, Bay Lake Provisions for coffee and quick-service food, and Paint Out Point Bar & Grill, located near the Lakeshore Lagoon pool. The resort will also offer outdoor recreation areas, including the Wetlands, which will feature a spiral waterslide, interactive play areas, and the Daydream River.
Reservations for the resort will open on October 8, 2026, with early booking available for Disney Vacation Club members on October 6 and Walt Disney World Annual Passholders on October 7. The resort’s design draws inspiration from Disney films such as Bambi, Pocahontas, and Encanto, incorporating natural materials and artwork throughout the property.
