Disney Partners With US Army's PaYS Program to Support Military Transitions
A partnership between the US Army's Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) program and The Walt Disney Company was formalized in Southern California, according to a recent ceremony.
Maj. Gen. D. Roger Waters, adjutant general of the Nevada National Guard, signed an agreement with Sonia Coleman, senior executive vice president and chief people officer for Disney, during the event at Grand Central Air Terminal in Glendale, California on August 26, 2026.
The PaYS program is designed to connect transitioning military members with civilian employment opportunities. The partnership with Disney aims to provide additional resources and support for these individuals as they transition into their post-military careers.
