Disney Posts Strong Q3 Earnings on 'Toy Story 5' and Theme Parks Success
The Walt Disney Company reported strong third-quarter earnings on Wednesday, citing success in its theme parks and the box office performance of 'Toy Story 5.'
Disney's CEO Josh D'Amaro attributed the company's growth to coordinating its franchises, sharing data and technology, and building seamless fan experiences.
The entertainment segment saw a 6% increase in revenue to $11.35 billion, while the experiences segment, which includes Disney's theme parks, generated nearly $10 billion in revenue, up 10% from the prior year.
