Disney Tests AI-Powered Planning Tool for Walt Disney World

Walt Disney World Resort is testing a new AI-powered planning and booking tool that will soon be available in beta to randomly selected guests in the United States and Canada. The tool, powered by Google's Gemini, will provide users with summaries of Disney World resort comparisons and pricing on Disney's booking site and mobile app.

The chat feature will direct users to booking links after providing the summaries and recommendations, which are built on official Disney data only.

'We’re partnering with Google Cloud on the AI portion of this, but we are using Disney sources and data underpinning that,' a Disney representative said during a recent media briefing.
