Disney World Adds New Celebrity Narrators to 2026 Candlelight Processional
The Candlelight Processional, a beloved Christmas tradition at Walt Disney World, has announced new celebrity narrators for its 2026 lineup. This event, included with EPCOT park admission, features a celebrity reading the Christmas story accompanied by a choir and orchestra. Disney recently revealed additional narrators and confirmed the removal of one previously announced participant.
New additions to the roster include Benjamin Bratt and Josh Groban, both making their Candlelight Processional debuts. Bratt, known for his roles in Modern Family, Coco, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, will narrate on December 2 and 3. Groban, famous for his work with the Muppets and as Beast in the Beauty and the Beast 30th anniversary special, will appear on December 13 and 14. Auli’i Cravalho, originally scheduled for November 27 and 28, has been quietly removed from the lineup.
The Candlelight Processional runs from November 27 through December 30, 2026, with performances at 4:45 PM, 6:30 PM, and 8:00 PM. Other confirmed narrators include Whoopi Goldberg, Robin Roberts, Neil Patrick Harris, and Eva Longoria. The event is part of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, which also includes cultural performances and holiday menus across the park.
Guests can secure seating for the Candlelight Processional through the Dining Package, which pairs a meal with guaranteed performance access. Reservations for the Dining Package will open on October 14. The festival also features the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Holiday Remix, adding a festive soundtrack to the popular roller coaster.
